Creamy Tuscan Chicken is the perfect comfort food that combines the richness of cream with the savory depth of sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and parmesan. This dish hails from the heart of Italian cuisine, where flavor and simplicity meet in perfect harmony. Whether you’re cooking for your family or treating yourself to a cozy night in, this meal delivers restaurant-level satisfaction without leaving your kitchen.

🧑‍🍳 Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through (6–7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer until slightly thickened (3–4 minutes).
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 3 more minutes.
  7. Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
